Israel takes us on a race through her childhood and into the recesses of our

soccer and avoid games/practices on Shabbat. The season runs from July 11 to August 15 and the games are
Wednesday evenings. The location is the Lafayette YMCA. More details are

lower right corner of page 31. The league is a ”No Practice League”
or NPL meaning that there are no official practices. The games are Wednesday
evenings from 5-8pm. To get kids on the same teams, parents select a preferred
teammate or coach. Volunteer coaches are welcome. Training is available. The
