Pardes Levavot

Pardes Levavot, “Orchard of Hearts,” was formed in the spirit of creating conscious holy community. Our name expresses the spiritual blossoming of each individual heart within an inspiring and nurturing orchard.

High Holy Days at Pardes Levavot

5771

Greening the Godfield

Please be our guests as Rabbis Victor and Nadya Gross and Rabbi Ori Har DiGennaro lead us in passionate prayer, sacred study, meaningful dialog, personal reflection, exploration in the Godfield, and guided sharing.

In the spirit of these Holy Days, we open our doors to all seekers, dancers, poets, musicians and singers. Whatever your background, age or experience... if you are called to the holy work of Tikkun Olam - repairing our broken world and ourselves - there is a place for you in our Orchard of Hearts.

Once again, the members of Pardes Levavot invite you to be our guests - no tickets will be sold.

Services

Services for Erev Rosh HaShanah, Wednesday September 8 at 7:00pm, will be at the Andrus Retreat Center, a converted dairy farm on beautifully tended grounds backing up to open space. As we enter the New Year, our children will have the opportunity to explore and experience the theme with Craig Dobkin, a master outdoor educator.

On the first day of Rosh HaShanah, Thursday September 9 at 9:30am, we will have a half-day retreat at the Andrus Retreat Center. We will make full use of the grounds as we engage in prayer, song, meditation, text study, journaling and deep sharing. Following the Shofar service we will have tashlich amd a picnic lunch (don't forget to bring your lunch!) There will be a children's program as well. Please arrive on time and plan to stay through the full experience. We will conclude by 2:30pm. SPACE IS LIMITED, so please RSVP. No purchase of tickets is necessary, but this retreat will be limited to 50 participants. Reply to info@pardeslevavot.org or leave a message on our voice mail (303) 563-2110.

On the second day of Rosh HaShanah, Friday September 10, we will gather at the Center for Spiritual Friendship beginning at 10:00 am. A pot luck lunch will follow.

Kol Nidre and Yom Kippur services will be held in the sanctuary of our shul, the beautiful space we share with Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church.
