Special Member Needs/Offerings

Tzedakah to Help Feed Hungry

Ori Har and Oz DiGennaro, who are living in Jerusalem for 6 months, have asked us to consider Meir Panim as a recipient of our tzedakah. Your donations are tax-deductible, and this organization is doing good work.

House Sitter Needed

Hi Friends,
We live on Sugarloaf 10 miles west of Boulder. It is beautiful and peaceful and quiet up here. We have 2 very friendly, smart dogs, and 3 well-behaved horses. The dogs need to be walked twice a day, and fed dinner, with company over night. The horses need to be fed twice a day.

We need a house sitter for March 22nd through breakfast March 26th, and for April 9th through dinner April 13th.

We will be happy to pay for someone to house sit and take care of our loving animals who are very important to us.

If you are interested, or know of someone else who might be interested, please call me at 303 442-6656 and leave a message if I am not home, and I will call you back.

Thank y
ou very much.

As you may know, in a slalom race the skier must pass through about 20 gates in the fastest time. Well it happened that Israel had the fastest slalom skier in the world and had great expectations for an Olympic gold medal. Came the day of the final, the crowd waited in anticipation. The French champion sped down the course in 38 seconds. The Swiss in 38.7 seconds, the German in 37.8 seconds, the Italian in 38.1 seconds, and then came the turn of the Israeli... the crowd waited, and waited... SIX  MINUTES!!!

"What happened to you?" screamed his trainer when the Israeli finally arrived. Replied the exhausted Israeli: "Who fixed a mezuzah to each gate?"
