Pardes Levavot

Pardes Levavot, “Orchard of Hearts,” was formed in the spirit of creating conscious holy community. Our name expresses the spiritual blossoming of each individual heart within an inspiring and nurturing orchard.

House Sitter

We live on Sugarloaf 10 miles west of Boulder. We are looking for a house sitter for Friday night December 19th through dinner Friday January 9, 2009. We have 2 very friendly dogs, and 3 well-behaved horses. The dogs need to be walked twice a day, and fed dinner, with company over night. The horses need to be fed twice a day.  And the water tanks need to be filled about every 7 days. It is beautiful and peaceful and quiet up here. We will be happy to pay for someone to house sit and take care of our loving animals who are very important to us.

If you are interested, or know of someone else who might be interested, please call me at 303 442-6656 and leave a message if I am not home, and I will call you back.

Thank you very much.

Gotlieb called his Rabbi and said, "I know tonight is Kol Nidre, but tonight the Dodgers start the playoffs. Rabbi, I'm a life-long Dodger fan. I've got to watch the Dodger game on TV".

The Rabbi responds, "Gotlieb, that's what VCR's are for."

Gotlieb is surprised.  "You mean I can tape Kol Nidre?"
